Lukas was recommended by a friend because I wanted to participate in a triathlon race. I could not swim, I was such an occasional swimmer. I felt the water in my nose, my ears. We started gradually with specific exercises, then assembled everything together, the first fifty with a crawl, the first 400m of continuous swimming, triathlon race. Now I’m going to work on volumes and swimming started to be fun. It’s not just that I come to the swimming pool and swim back and forth, but by doing different exercises it’s fun and it has some direction and goal. P>
I needed to prepare for the demanding admissions tests of special units that also involved swimming, so I decided for lessons under the guidance of a coach. The only way I partly controlled was breaststroke. I found Lukas and from the first training, I was very satisfied. Lukas, with the help of simple exercises, fulfilled all my expectations and taught me the front crawl. We’ve done it for a relatively short period of fewer than 2 months. I pass the limit, which helped me succeed in those tests. P>
Luke is one of the best coach I’ve ever known and tried. We have been training together for six months and each of our training has been specially prepared and the training sessions were different every hour. After six months of training, my swimming technique has greatly improved and finally, my style is how it should be. At the same speed of swimming as half a year ago, thanks to the better technique, I save much more energy. Lukas is very nice, always positively tuned, even if our training is running at six o’clock in the morning. P>
